Fragrance for Brother

A family is everything for me. It is the most important thing in the world. I tried to do everything that all members of my dear family would be alright, but unfortunately not all the time everything was perfect. It concerned my brother Emmett. He was a usual boy with unusual interests. He wasn’t interested in male stuff like playing football in school team, watching action movies or playing guitar. He liked ballet. It was his interest and he visited ballet school. All his attention was paid to his hobby. Because of his interest he was ignored by other boys. He had few friends, mostly, girls and a couple of boys from the ballet school. His classmates didn’t consider him a straight boy and it was a great problem for him. He was bringing up by his granny, aunt and mother and may be that fact that no men took part in his upbringing affected on his interests. And as a result, he became irritable and nervous. He thought all the world was against him. Besides, he was teenager that time – the period when feelings had double power. It was very difficult to see how he is suffering. But soon he would have a birthday. It was perfect reason to cheer him up and I had a plan to present him something special. The whole week I scratched my head over the present for Emmett. I had a lot of ideas, such as a disk with his favorite movies or something concerning with his hobby – ballet, but finally I decided to present him a fragrance for men. It is necessary to smell good especially for such nice and young boy as Emmett. Recently I bought a fragrance for myself at one online store and I got a discount to the next purchase and no longer thinking I opened the internet page with that online store and chose the coolest and the most popular scent for young men. I don’t want to name this perfume, because it is the famous brand. So, on the next day it was delivered to me and I was in expectation of presenting my gift. And as I thought, he was glad to receive such present from his loving sister. On the next day he used my present before going to school. He believed everyone would appreciate the fragrance, but to his disappointment his classmates made him the object of ridicule. They said that it wasn’t male fragrance and that he smelled as a girl. And it was the last straw. He returned home and said that wouldn’t use my present and returned it to me. I felt blame. It was me who presented it to him. But I didn’t throw away the perfume I hoped that someday he would feel better and would ask the perfume back.
